Signature Talk Workshop is a 4-week group course that takes you from a woman who dreams about changing lives as a speaker or has dabbled in speaking to a speaker whose Signature Talk is ready to promote and be paid to share.
This is the talk you've crafted intentionally from your own personal, core message with a specific audience in mind and a problem you'll help them solve. Your Signature Talk connects with the audience you want to serve, draws them in and provides them with clear next steps to apply what they've learned. It's where all professional speakers start.

Each week's training is taught live on Sundays at 6:00 CST via Zoom. We cover 25-30 minutes of the content for the week followed by Q&A. Every week, the Zoom session is recorded, and the replay is posted in the private Facebook group for any workshop participants who would like to watch or revisit any of the content.

Each module is accompanied by a weekly workbook. Students will invest 20-30 minutes each of 5 days that week working through individual exercises and make tangible steps in developing her Signature Talk.

This is square one. It's the best place to start, looking inside before we look outside. Starting with the big picture before we get into the details. We'll cover:

Now it's time to flesh out your talk's outline. This week, we'll talk about:

● Brainstorming elements for your talk and determining the points of your talk outline
● Options for your talk's structure; finding the best one for your content and your talk's purpose

We're in the home stretch in crafting your talk. It's time to make sure your talk hits its mark with a stickiness that lasts through a strong opening and a clear closing. This week, we'll cover:
● The 3 C's of a strong talk intro
● Driving your message home with a clear and compelling closing call to action
● Creating a Signature Talk Roadmap that lays out your talk in a modular way that can be customized for different audiences, environments and objectives
In the 4th week of the Workshop, it's time to share your work. Each Workshop participant has the opportunity to sign up to present her 20-minute Signature Talk to the rest of the workshop group. Until you take your talk out of your mind and off the paper you've written it on, you don't know what you have. Or if you even have it. But putting the words in your mouth and sharing them live, seeing reactions and hearing feedback is invaluable. It's a key part of the process, and it makes you a speaker. How cool is that?
